About Ricca Keepers

Ricca Keepers has more than 10 years of experience as the founder and land planner of Keepers Land Planning.  Mrs. Keepers initially earned a Bachelor’s in International Missions.  Her Masters in Land Planning from Texas A&M has served as a way to continue working on bringing communities together authentically.  Ricca’s specialties are rezoning, subdivision cases, and other development processing for both residential and commercial projects in the Austin Region and Texas.  When she started this company she created a new special niche in the market by working with real estate agents, small businesses, and builders.  Obtaining her real estate license has increased her value for clients needing feasibility while looking for land for specific developments.  She owns and operates Keepers Land Planning, which is one of the most experienced land planning companies in Austin and the region.  She continues her research today by working with city leadership and developers to create proper quality affordable housing.  This comes paired with over 25 years of ministry and philanthropy work locally and internationally.  In her spare time she spends time with her family watching her son play baseball and enjoying thrifting with her daughter.
